Born and raised on the New Hampshire Seacoast, Carmen’s passion for flowers began in 2011 while working for a local Portsmouth, NH flower shop. It didn’t take much time in the business for her to figure out that one day she would have a space of her own; and upon signing a lease that began March 1st, her journey has just begun!
In 2015 Carmen set off to Miami, FL to broaden both her work and life experiences. Throughout her Miami residency, she worked for and alongside the city’s most Elite hotels and venues participating in weddings and events beyond what she had ever seen, or could even begin to imagine. Some of these venues included: The Ritz Carlton, the Mandarin Oriental Hotel & Spa, The Setai and the largest luxury hotel company in the world, The Intercontinental, where she was in large part responsible for the execution of the annual Make A Wish Foundation Gala In 2015, 2016 and 2017.
At the start of 2018, Carmen began working for herself pursuing her passion in Floral and Event Design. She became the sole Event Decorator for The Seafair Miami, a luxury $50 Million dollar yacht venue, where she added big name corporate companies such as Sports Illustrated, Calvin Klein, Uber, REVOLT TV and Cushman and Wakefield to her list of clientele (just to name a few).
Upon returning home in September of 2018, Carmen has brought back with her a Five-Star service mentality, with city swag and an artistic edge influenced by her favorite part of the city - Wynwood, Miami’s Art District.
Located in the Artist Community of the Salmon Falls Mills in Rollinsford, NH, Carmen is now able to express herself in all areas of passion: Floral Aesthetics, Art and also, Event Design - a Studio Mashup that is sure to spark the creativity and passion of all who experience it. She wishes nothing more than to work with and alongside her community and inspire the light in others with three simple, but very important words: NEVER STOP BLOOMING. ✨🌸🌿
